【摘要】:Illuminationofaswitchorofcertainfeaturesofaswitchoftenhasafunctionalpurposeandmustmeetspecificationtosatisfythefunctionalrequirementsoftheswitch.Illuminationoftheswitchcanbeaffectedbyvariationsinthequalityanddesignoftheoverlayanditsapplication.Thistestmethodaddressesonlytheopticalandvisualappearanceoftheswitchandnotitselectricalfunction.Thistestmethodisnon-destructive.Ifthistestmethodisappliedtotheentireswitchassembly,theresultscanbeappliedtothewholedevice.However,itmaybesufficientandpracticaltoapplythetesteithertoasubassemblyonly,ortotheilluminationonly,inwhichcasetheresultsapplytothatlayeronlyandtheneteffectonthefullyassembleddevicemustbeextrapolated.1.1Thistestmethodcoversproceduresfordeterminingtheluminouscolorofabacklitmembraneswitch.Aswritten,itappliestoafullyassembledswitch.Forspecificpurposes,itcanbeappliedtopartiallyassembledswitches,withtheunderstandingthattheresultspertainonlytothepartialassemblyandwillbemodifiedasthefurtherassemblyproceeds.
