【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000definestheimmunitytestmethodsandrangeofpreferredtestlevelsforelectricalandelectronicequipmentconnectedtolow-voltagepowersupplynetworksforvoltagedips,shortinterruptions,andvoltagevariations.Thisstandardappliestoelectricalandelectronicequipmenthavingaratedinputcurrentexceeding16Aperphase.Itcoversequipmentinstalledinresidentialareasaswellasindustrialmachinery,specificallyvoltagedipsandshortinterruptionsforequipmentconnectedtoeither50Hzor60Hza.c.networks,including1-phaseand3-phasemains.NOTE1Equipmentwitharatedinputcurrentof16AorlessperphaseiscoveredbypublicationIEC61000-4-11.NOTE2Thereisnoupperlimitonratedinputcurrentinthispublication.However,insomecountries,theratedinputcurrentmaybelimitedtosomeuppervalue,forexample75Aor250A,becauseofmandatorysafetystandards.Itdoesnotapplytoelectricalandelectronicequipmentforconnectionto400Hza.c.networks.TestsforequipmentconnectedtothesenetworkswillbecoveredbyfutureIECstandards.Theobjectofthisstandardistoestablishacommonreferenceforevaluatingtheimmunityofelectricalandelectronicequipmentwhensubjectedtovoltagedips,shortinterruptionsandvoltagevariations.NOTE1VoltagefluctuationsarecoveredbypublicationIEC61000-4-14.NOTE2Forequipmentundertestwithratedcurrentsabove250A,suitabletestequipmentmaybedifficulttoobtain.Inthesecases,theapplicabilityofthisstandardshouldbecarefullyevaluatedbycommitteesresponsibleforgeneric,productandproduct-familystandards.Alternatively,thisstandardmightbeusedasaframeworkforanagreementonperformancecriteriabetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaser.ThetestmethoddocumentedinthispartofIEC61000describesaconsistentmethodtoassesstheimmunityofequipmentorasystemagainstadefinedphenomenon.AsdescribedinIECGuide107,thisisabasicEMCpublicationforusebyproductcommitteesoftheIEC.AsalsostatedinGuide107,theIECproductcommitteesareresponsiblefordeterminingwhetherthisimmunityteststandardshouldbeappliedornot,andifapplied,theyareresponsiblefordefiningtheappropriatetestlevels.Technicalcommittee77anditssubcommitteesarepreparedtoco-operatewithproductcommitteesintheevaluationofthevalueofparticularimmunitytestsfortheirproducts.
