【摘要】:Thisdocumentdescribesanindextestmethodtodeterminethefrictioncharacteristicsofgeotextilesandgeotextile-relatedproductsincontactwithastandardsand,i.e.withaspecifieddensityandmoisturecontent,underanormalstressandataconstantrateofdisplacement,usingadirectshearapparatus.Theprocedurecanalsobeusedfortestinggeosyntheticbarriers.Whengeogridsaretestedwitharigidsupport,theresultsaredependentonthefrictionwiththesupportandtheresultsarenotnecessarilyrealistic.Theaccuracyofthetestshouldbeverifiedbycalibrationtests.
